Job Overview
HOP Services Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high guest satisfaction, optimizing resources, and driving operational and financial performance while delivering exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the facility and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Supervise department heads, manage staffing, and support employee development.
Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize revenue.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Oversee facility maintenance and manage vendor relationships.
Drive operational improvements and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Relevant academic qualification.
Minimum of 4 years’ relevant work experience.
Strong leadership, operational management, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month.
